As America rebuilds its wealth and Public Housing Authorities rehab, demolish and redevelop their real estate portfolios, it is important that resident leaders are supported with information that will help them make intelligent decisions. Specifically, understanding the agency’s annual planning process and how they can actively participate in a healthy partnership with the agency and its decision-making process (which is a requirement) of any RAD, or demolition application.
